RainDance-specific video generation and paid checkout are not currently available. This policy will be updated with the exact generation, storage, and deletion details before those features accept user media.
Information you provide
The application may process account details, support messages, and payment records to operate account and support features. Do not email passwords, full card numbers, or other payment credentials.
Photos and generated media
When a generation feature is enabled, uploaded photos may be sent to the configured AI and safety providers to fulfill the request. Generated media and task records may be associated with your account so you can view the result. The specific providers and retention periods will be disclosed before the workflow is opened.
Payments and service providers
Payment processing, if enabled, is handled by the provider shown during checkout. We use service providers to operate the website, secure accounts, process requested tasks, and respond to support requests.
